Samsung has multiple Galaxy A series smartphones in the pipeline. One of them is the Galaxy A37, and earlier this month, we spotted it on the brand’s server. Now, we have some information about its performance as well.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A37 has been spotted on Geekbench (via Mohammed Khatri). According to the listing, it has the Exynos 1480 processor, as opposed to the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 that's in its predecessor, the Galaxy A36.

The Galaxy A37 has scored 1,158 points in the single-core test and 3,401 points in the multi-core test. In comparison, the Galaxy A36 scores around 1,000 and 2,900 points in the single-core and multi-core tests. It means that the upcoming device will be around 15% faster than the current one.

It is worth pointing out that Samsung uses the Exynos 1480 for costlier phones, including the Galaxy A55. The Galaxy A37 that appeared on the benchmarking platform had 6GB RAM. However, the brand may offer it with higher memory options. Unfortunately, that's all we know about the phone at the moment.
