1st open to blackberry desktop software from your pc

this bb desktop software

when you open bb desktop software, after remove the battery from your mobile. then make connect mobile in your pc on usb withoute battery

you can see this

now you can see in the dekstop software three option
Retry Update Cancel
now you press update and then keep battery in your mobile
after you can see it will going to download for update of your device.
wait for downloading software, it will take some time but working 100%
when finished the updating your device is going to restard
