try to setup update
HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.02.000 and HWK_Major_Suite_v02.02.000 ......... if still ist not working, re windows ur pc and setup again................. best of luck

Im sorry sir,I dont know wich setup that I used...when I was buy this hwk,there is a cd instaler include it,now I'm trying to download from this forum..hope its work
