As our section is always clean and perfectly managed, some spammers can't stop spamming more and more, every day.
so i decided to make some rules, clear and strict in all polar products sections
1) Rules about spam posts :
posts talking about any other product will be deleted
posts with no sens will be deleted
posts about free codes will be deleted
posts about hardware modification/repair will be deleted
posts with no english will be deleted
posts in successful unlocked phones thread, out of topic or without log will be deleted
2) Rules about posting :
best steps to fallow before post here :
1- first of all try to search similar problems already solved
2- check sticky if there any official annoncement (about server maintenance or any thing else)
3- read FAQ sticky thread, more then 80% of questions are answered there
4- try to talk with any supporter/manager via msn or sonork to get help
5- if all of this can't help, then u can post ur problem and wait polar users/supporters/managers for give u answer
3) Suggestion for the best way to make ur post
when u have a problem, u have to understund, that more u give us infos, better and quick will be solution
so when u make a post, be sure to put :
* exact error u have (post log and picture)
* version of software u use
* phone type
* cable used
* phone statut when u get it in hand and before u use polar for repair/unlock it
* different solutions u tryed before contact support
