    first of all remove iron cover from uem. Picture1 now apply some soldering paste on uem. Picture 2 give heat with hot gun and put out ic when all bubbles of ic goes melt by heat.you can feel it by touching with tweezer. Picture 3 now clean bubbles with soldering iron.i used...
