nokia x6 8gb only vibration plz help me

I have an Nokia X6 that came to me only vibrating. The BSI connector was pulled from the PCB. I have resoldered it and maked the jumper as shown in picture.

Now the phone poweres up but in LOCAL MODE. It does'nt powers in local mode by itself...only if I press the power button. Where's the problem?

P.S. R2071 it's not mounted...from factory it came unmounted...

vibration countineus or one time ? if one then only software problme if countineus vibrate hardware problme
