do this method

BKP rpl (JUST FOR SAFETY)

Erase full pm with erase file ( ask me if someone needs it )
flash it with any version ( better to flash with latest one)
take full pm backup from working phone and save it somewhere.

Now recover certificates with Mx-Key and the SD repair
After that repair SL and in the end write saved good PM with SD Auth.

Phones is ok 100%.

erase PM, Repair SD, PMM Auth then Write PM...
then SCAN...
