C5 Only Vibrate

I have a C5- Rm-645 . i flash it with the version of 007.****. after flash set goes on vibrating mode . and in the log shows that errers. after erasing and reflash with the version of 006.**** problem not solve . i have the back up of rpl only . any sloution
