Authentication stage error: Error: Server returned unrecognized reply

Hi all,

I am currently using hwk update client v 2.2.0.0 and I am getting Authentication stage error: Error: Server returned unrecognized reply. I read some blogs and they said i need to get a newer version of the update client. i downloaded v 2.10.003 i get an error " device connected not compatible with software, pliz help.

Hello,

I installed it using following the instructions, but I am still getting this error;
Box: 1 Location: 50 Serial: xxxxx
UFxBoot V2.2 (c) SarasSoft 2003., Id: 62 CF 1 10
UFS_USB V2.8 (c) SarasSoft 2007., Sn: xxxxx
HID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, HWK: A1.04-PRO1
HWK: NOT AUTHORISED, Update Box
Bad IX: ABCD
Failed: -6

Procedure:

1. [Check Box]
2. [Update Box]
3. [Check Box]
4. [Check Server]
5. [Install]

Pliz help
