If you are facing problem with the downloader just try with Haier D1000 Downloader-VPST, it is more easy to use...
To flash the phone first connect it via normal Motorola V3 or card reader cable and install the driver and then connect the phone to the module and select the required files (cp.rom and boot.rom) and flash the phone. Haier D1000 VPST is posted in this section just download it.
