    iPhone4S no Wifi, no BB after water damage. Clean board and check for shorts. This board had PMIC hot and U1001 hot (near dock fpc). After U1001 removed and replaced, phone got WiFI and BB back to normal, phone working fine again. BIG thanks to my friend WITES for this solution!
