only displays ''SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 GT-19300'' cant enter menu

friends my phone were a charging complaint and bottom body heat always , i send to a samsung authorised service centre , idont know what they does with my phone . now the condition is if turn on it displays only ''SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 GT-19300'' and can not enter in menu and lower part feel heat always ,cant sw or formatt .whats the actual matter and what will i do ...hard reset not work

i think your mobile power ic is short open your mobile connect with power supply and check which parts heat up
