You can wipe this phone to fastboot mode , If same then only flash


Fastboot Mode - Volume Down & power , After you will see Hang on logo
Its fastboot mode Of this phone

all is well

here the process

1.download this firmware
KINGSTAR-A20-R10_MMX_DS_NSL_0318

this is found from help full man
then
2.put the file in c driver in a folder by create a20file
3.open run and write cmd enter
4.cd\ enter
5.cd a20file enter
6.>dfu enter
7.attach phone with battery
8.w8 and see the log


and final result


after that all lock gone but touch not work so download another firmware of
micromax A51(both are same as kingstar a20)
A51_R10_MMX_DS_NSL_0422

and as like follow the way from
1 to 8

now all is working
