Unlocking Windows based HTC's (Leo, Touch HD, etc)

First you need to connect the phone with activesync, then start reading codes.

The log will look like this:

16:11:15 > checking mbtool installation: Ok!
16:12:19 > sending windows mobile loader: Ok!
16:12:19 > if activesync still running please open activesync,
16:12:19 > go to file\connection settings and
16:12:19 > disable allow usb connections!
You have about 2 minutes to make what software ask you to do.
If you get this:

16:14:12 > searching for phone: Not found!
Your phone it's not supported at the moment.
After reboot your phone will be struck on a black screen - it's normal just take out the battery and insert it back and will be fine.

HTC Glacier Downgrade

You have to downgrade the phone back to 2.2.1 because this is stopping the rooting proccess of the phone

Code:
06:57:42 > BOOT LOADER: 0.89.0005
The solution to this is you will have to use ADB Commands to gain root access and at the same time allow you to change the boot loader

I have attached a PDF guide on how to do so:

in the the command its msm_rotator and not msm rotator

attachment.php

Hope this helps you
