2. Update SPD and Mstar CPU code searched algorithm,add Mstar CPU bootstrap function
4. Update MTK platform: Modify the way of reading the phone boot code,add direct processing function of mobile manufactured illegally. Use with good back-up procedures can solve mobile problem.
