Please for all members who have this problem :
"Key file not authorized! please contac support"

This mean that ou ALREADY RECEIVED YOUR KEY (yes it's True)


so all what you have to do is :

go to start Menu then choose search and search for this file : redbox.sws



search in all hard disque disponible C: D: E: ....

don't panic your key is some where in your computer and surely in the same folder with the first redbox software that you runned


and VOILA your windows find the key, so copy and paste it in all redbox software folders one by one... now all is ready to be run
