take the four last digits without the 15th digit
you have 8234 ----> 8+2+3+4 = 17 modulo 10 = 7 then x =7
if your firmware is
DJ3,5C or DJ3,5D or DJ3,5E or DH3,5H then y=5
else if your firmware is
DF4,5E or DF4,5F or DH4,6J or DJ4,6G or DG4,5H or DI4,6G then y=4
else if your firmware is

Now power on your phone without sim and put : *226632623XY and Ok
