and also security area is ok

SIMLOCK seems to be valid
SUPERDONGLE_KEY seems to be valid
SIMLOCK_TEST passed
SECURITY_TEST passed

do self tests
then check
12&13 section is passed or failed
if Failed
change AVILMA is work 100%
22&44 section showing this error make Camera On Stand By Problem
just write Dynamic Camera Configuration File (DCC)
