IPhone 4 (7,8,9,*,0,#) ON TOUCH NOT WORKING

Please help me on this issue:
IPhone 4 TOUCH KEYS 7,8,9,*,0,# NOT WORKING and "slide to off" is tough to swipe
Solution already tried:
Tested with working lcd&touch.
Touch connector looks ok.

Anybody faced this problem and solved?
Please let me know about the solution.

IPhone 4 (7,8,9,*,0,#) ON TOUCH NOT WORKING

If you have tried changing the touchscreen and still touch is not working, That means your phones touchscreen controller (IC) is faulty,

sdsdvTry to carefully desolder the touchscreen controller as it is glued.

sdsdvNote that some tracks might get broken while doing so but it is ok many of it's tracks are dummy or Not connected.

sdsdvBut you still have to be careful not to brake the useful tracks, As it will make your handset useless.
