cant hear voice during call

I have a problem with my galaxy s3 , no caller voice when receive or make a call then disconnect signal disappear for 1 min. and the comes again im using internet , sending and receiving messaging perfectly.. any idea??

Could you explain which apps you have using for voice recording purpose?

Is there option similar 'Audio Source' ? & Mic, Voice Call, Voice Uplink, Voice Downloadlink under Audio Source? If yes try to select with Mic.
