Last days I see some people with strange mentality, who do not want to give to us any explanation about their damaged dongles but who trying to blame us that we want to make our users fool etc.
Here is an explanation for everybody:
1. Before use Infinity-CDMA Tool you must visit support page: Infinity-CDMA Tool support
2. Read chapter I. System requirements
3. Read text: Do not use any kind of usb-sharing or port sniff software to avoid blocked dongle ! You was warned, we take no responsibility for any kind of blocked dongles !
4. You must understand, that if you will try to share your dongle online or if you will try to trace/spy our software - you will get blocked dongle.
Information for "home sunday hackers":
- be honest
- do not cry if you have tried to do any of danger operations
- do not cry if and you have your dongle blocked
- do not contact us for repair
Information for users:
- If you have any kind of problems with Dongle - you must check your PC, uninstall any kind of debuggers/trace/spy/sharing software
- After you check your PC - contact to our supporters dongle@infinity-box.com and explain the problem well, we will help you to make your dongle alive
- If you do not understand what software installed at your PC and why you have your dongle blocked - you musty contact to any high-qualified person who can check and repair your PC.
- If you do not want to uninstall your lovely debugger from your work PC - be ready for surprises, but do not ask us to repair your dongle again and again.
