please download and install latest CDMA program: V.1.89

please make dongle upgrade using Dongle Manager:

and immediately after that go to support via Shell.exe and download newest version of CDMA program 1.89

Do not use any older CDMA program or otherwise your dongle will be blocked again



if during upgrade you will meet following error:

"Identification check error: Server reported error:[0010] Dongle authentication failed. Retry upgrade."

then you have to update your reader's drivers.

If you use Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows-7 you can install drivers automaticaly via Internet
1. Connect dongle/box to PC
2. Be sure that you have active Internet connection
3. Let Windows makes the rest automatically
